NC law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, job title or profession, and name of employer or employer's specific field for each individual whose contributions' aggregate is in excess of $50 in an election cycle. NC law also prohibits anonymous donations and corporate gifts or donations. Contributions using a business or corporate credit card are unlawful and prohibited by law.

Maximum contributions of $4,000 per person per election cycle are allowed.
